2010 Bulb Project Reports
2010 was a banner year for the Westcott neighborhood Bulb project, a project of the Westcott Community Center. This year we expanded our focus from the Westcott Neighborhood to the entire city. Over 22,000 daffodil bulbs were plated throughout the city of Syracuse.

On Saturday October 2nd, the Westcott Community Center had the 2nd Annual Fall Bulb giveaway. The turnout was outstanding. One hundred and sixty eight people picked up a dozen bulbs (7 daffodils and 5 crocuses). Over 2,000 bulbs were given away.
